Help Getting Pokemon?

I'm trying to use PPRNG to get Pokemon for a competitive team and I would like to know

1. TID, it means Trainer ID, right?
(I know what SID is)

2. How do I find out my Timer0, VCount, and VFrame?

That's all I'd like to know, It'd be greatly appreciated if I could get some answers
