    Hello, the title explains nicely...

    Set in Sapphire

Only 2 of my pokemons I find useless, those are flygon and camerupt, they are high leveled because of the trusty Exp share but they still gets beaten up bad by the elite four, the rest seems fine... though rayquaza gets HP taken off easily. My EV points are quite bad sp there is no need to insult my pokemons for that.

Also as you can notice, I keep all HMs on my party.

I have 175 pokedex so don't worry to surgest replacements.

So that is my team, feel free to criticise, that is what I am here for

Please forgive me if i entered this into the wrong forum or something, I am new...

You have put too amny HM's on pokemon just use a HM slave so instead of fly for flygon use earthquake and i would personally use flamethrower on flygon not fire blast
onto kyogre i dont like using legedaries but i dont know but maybe swap waterfall for rain dance for lots of reasons
onto sceptile why flash and cut use sludge bomb and double edge
    good moveset for latias
rocksmash use rock slide and i would again use flamethrower instead of fire blast
and for rayquaza use aerial ace instead of dive

You should get a linnoone because he's a good HM slave and has pick up ability and you will probably be able to get him up to lvl 100 where you get good items all the time

Thanks, that is a some good help =)
Kyogre has drizzle as an ability so raindance is pretty pointless... correct me if i am wrong.
Well I am going to the game centre so I can buy flamethrower... I am going to need couple of those...
Any more surgestions for my team? I still need help... =(

Flygon and Camerupt are great Pokemon, it's just that the moves you gave them made them weak..

Also as you can notice, I keep all HMs on my party.
No, one of the rules in team building is to never teach HMs other than Surf to your main party members, since all the other HMs suck. The reason why you felt your Flygon and Camerupt get beaten all the time is because the HM moves you taught them won't do anything in battle except do some weak damage. If you need to get around the game, catch a Tropius or something and teach it a bunch of HMs then delete all the HMs from your main party.

In a standard team format, you do not need to write down your Pokemon's stats, level, or move PP because those are unhelpful. The standard format is

    Pokemon @ Item
    Nature:
    EVs:
    -Move 1
    -Move 2
    -Move 3
    -Move 4

This makes things much more organized and easier to read.

    Kyogre @Leftovers
    Naive
    Calm Mind
    thunder
    icebeam
    surf

This set is almost good except for the Leftovers. Go to the move rememberer and reteach it Calm Mind. Then you're all set.

    Flygon @Leftovers
    Lax
    Fire blast
    Earthquake
    Dragon Claw
    Crunch

See, Strength is a rather weak move and Fly takes two turns which is looked down upon in Pokemon battling. Also, you taught it Fire Blast but you have a Kyogre in your team, which means it's power will be weakened due to the rain. Keep Kyogre away if you're planning on using Flygon.
Also, remember that Flygon is a Ground type. What's the strongest Ground move? That's right, Earthquake! All Flygons need Earthquake.
Dragon Claw is also a good move and works well alongside Fire Blast for covering all Dragon Pokemon that fire moves aren't effective against.
Flygon should also have Rock Slide, but that's an Emerald move tutor. And you don't need Iron Tail because Earthquake and Fire Blast cover all the types that its effective against. I guess you can reteach it Crunch and have something for those Psychic and Ghost opponents.

    Sceptile
    level 100
    mild
    shell bell
    Aerial Ace
    Focus Punch/Brick Break
    Screech

    Leafblade

Leaf Blade is your only good move here, all the other moves stink. The problem with using a Sceptile in Ruby or Sapphire is that you don't have access to the move tutors in Emerald which teach you Substitute and Thunderpunch. And the only other good moves it learns (Leech Seed and Endeavor) come from breeding. If you don't have Emerald and you don't want to breed, you'll have to make do with what it can learn here (which is very limited).
If you teach it Aerial Ace, it can handle other Grass types and if you get Focus Punch/Brick Break, you give it even more type coverage. And I guess you can reteach it Screech to deal more damage with physical moves.
Overall, even this Sceptile set is pretty bad. Training Pokemon like Sceptile requires planning out how you'll get all its moves. If you don't have access to Emerald, I'm afraid its a bit too late for this one. :(

    Latias
    level 100
    Leftovers
    sassy
    Thunder
    Icebeam
    recover
    Calm Mind

Latias is another Pokemon that works best with Calm Mind. You really don't need Psychic since Thunder and Ice Beam cover just about every opponent you can face.

    Camerupt @Choice Band
    level 100
    sassy
    Return
    Rock Slide
    Earthquake
    Overheat

No wonder you don't like your Camerupt. You didn't even teach it Rock Slide and Earthquake, its two best moves which it learns naturally. As I told you, don't use HM moves but also don't use OHKO since they aren't worth it in the long run.
Explosion should be its last move, but that's another Emerald tutor, so I guess you can give it Return. Stick Choice Band on it, replace Fire Blast with the more powerful Overheat (you won't need Fire moves that much so the Sp. Atk drop won't matter) and you're ready to go.

    Rayquaza
    level 100
    shell bell
    calm
    Crunch
    Ice Beam
    Dragon Claw

    Thunder

Special Rayquaza can work except you're forgetting it's STABed Dragon Claw attack which you should promptly put over Outrage since Outrage sucks.
I say Ice Beam may be a better replacement for Blizzard since its more accurate and put Crunch over Dive.

I say go with aragornbird, except for ray's thunder. change to T-bolt, Air lock would negate The rain so T-bolt is better for more accuarcy and PP

    Negative.
Keep thunder. If kyogre switches in, its effect would hold preference and so ray can thunder him...You really dont want kyogre hitting u with IB.

Yeah, I noticed the fact that thunder won't miss, pretty good for kyoge especially it has 16/16! Continous 120 damage attacks that doesn't miss, woot!
