3rd Gen Help me out

    I know this may sound like a snoob question but where do you get the item to access to the Battle Frontier. I forgot but I remember that I needed to talk to Scott but I can't Locate him. Can you help me out.
     
    No question is noobish. This is actually a very good question. When you succesfully whip the Elite Four your Dad in your house(your automatically transported there after you whip the Elite Four) will give you the S.S. Ticket. Board the ship in Lilycove or Slateport and you will sail to the opposite city. Scott will seek you out on board and tell you to take another boat trip to the Battle Frontier. Next time you attempt to take a ship ride you will have the choice of sailing to the great Battle Frontier.
