please help me with the islands 4-7 on pokemon firered and leafgreen. i don't understand how you get to them. please! i seriously need help! i tried the strategy guide but it won't tell. please help me :(

i did beat the elite four and i did get the national dex. but how do you get to the 4-7 islands?
