HELP ME!

My wii freeloader isn't working with my american Pokemon Battle Revolution, someone please tell me what to do, i did everything it said, inserted it once and put in battle revolution and press start, the screen goes off and so do the controllers but the wii doesn't but i can't turn the controllers back on. and if i insert the freeloader once, take it out and reinsert it, like it said to do if it's not working, then put the battle revolution in the same thing happens, someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

something which allows you to play international games on a english/american wii. e.g you can play a japenese wii game on an english wii if you use a freeloader. I still need help, someone help me!
