    dragon claw/Dragon Dance
    earthquake/Crunch
    Fire Blast/Rock Slide
    Aerial Ace/Hydro Pump

First off, stay away from items, like Dragon Fang, that only increase one type of move by 10%. Unless you are only going to use that move, there are just too many other items to use instead. Next, stay away from two-turn moves like Fly and Hyper Beam. They are not worth it. With Salamence, you have two sets to use, although both require breeding to achieve. The first slots are for a physical Salamence, utilizing its great Atk, while the second slots are for "EleMence", which uses special moves. If you cannot breed, you can combine both aspects for MixMence, if you need to.

    Groudon lvl :73
    miricale seed
    Earthquake
    Fire Blast
    Rock Slide
    Swords Dance

Okay, a few more tips. First, PLEASE resist the tempation and avoid using Solarbeam with Groudon. Its Atk is much higher than its SAtk, so take advantage of it. Also, NEVER use OHKO moves like Fissure. Finally, don't use a Normal-type attack like Slash when you can use something else that might be SE against something. I have included the standard set for Groudon. If you indeed used your only EQ on Salamence, I strongly encourage you to raise a team to Linoone to Lv90 and then use their Pickup ability to find more EQ TMs. It will be worth it. Groudon needs EQ.

    absol lvl:58
    leftovers
    return
    sworddance
    shadowball
    aerical ace/Baton Pass

Good moveset. Sadly, Absol has great Atk but no STAB moves to show for it. Sadly, its best used as a BP to pass those stats on to someone with decent moves. Don't waste Leftovers on Absol though. Give that to one of your better Pokes.

    metagross lvl:58
    metalcoat
    Agility/Shadow Ball
    Earthquake
    Explosion/Rock Slide

    meteor mash

Another tip for you, don't give two attacks of the same type to a Poke. It is redundant and actually limits the effectiveness of your Poke. Also, Psychic on Metagross isn't necessary since a STAB MM can be just as powerful with. You can basically choose from AgiliGross or CBGross.

    shiny crobat lvl :58
    poison barb
    Aerial Ace
    Return
    Shadow Ball
    Sludge Bomb

If you don't go with CBGross, go with CBBat. Its high Spd (base 130, only 4 Pokes being faster) allows it to strike first and cause some serious damage, with the proper moveset.

You have too many physical attackers, and really no wall to speak of. I would take out Absol and add a special attacker, like Alakazam or Gengar, and Curselax, who is begging to be on this team.

Good suggestions, but would Return really be that helpful on Crobat when Steel Wing can surprise Rock-types? Emerald Fan can do whatever he wants with his team.

Don't use Crobat to take on Rock types, there are much better choices (Grass/Water).

For the last slot, a fast special attacker is kinda what's needed...

    Starmie@Leftovers
    Nature: Timid
    EV: 252 Sp Att/216 Speed/42 HP
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt/Rapid Spin/Recover
    Thunderbolt/Rapid Spin/Recover

Last two slots are up to you. In game Rapid Spin is kinda useless, so stick with Recover and Thunderbolt.

Well Groudon really should know solarbeam because of is efect.and solarbeam gets more attack power and it dosen,t have to wait for 2 turns.

It doesn't get more attack power. Besides, all these people want to go all out with Groudon having Fissure, Solarbeam, Fire Blast, and Slash or something like that. It seems like no one knows how to use Groudon anymore. The best moveset is Sword Dance, Rock Slide, Earthquake, and Fire Blast. Believe it or not, with Groudon's STAB he can do more damage with Earthquake than Solarbeam. The only reason to teach Groudon Fire Blast is because its effect doubles the power of Fire Blast. Your better off with Earthquake than Solarbeam.

Exactly. Solarbeam on Groudon is a bad idea. Swords Dance increases its Atk by 2 stages, and then its STAB Earthquake can tear through teams. All Solarbeam does is give you a false sense of security to keep Groudon in against Water-types.

Return is preferred over Steel Wing on Crobat since it has higher AP (102 compared to 70) and is more accurate (100% compared to 90%). Sure SW has a 10% chance of increasing Def by 1 stage, but that doesn't matter much to a Crobat. You want to hit first and hit hard. Besides, as Toothache said, it is better to switch out against Rock anyway.

crobat is the 5th fastest poke in the game 0,0. lol about a hour before u posted i added starmie to my team :p. also i used steel wing to cover his weakness without switching out.

Steel wing isnt gonna OHKO rock types even with a choice band. Toothace knows what he is talking about.

uh first a couple things. you have 3 pokemon weak against ice. i Suggest taking out 1 of them. another thing. Your team is full of sweepers. I say change somethings around and get some walls/tanks annoyers hazers in there, because there is no way your going to survive the metagame. o yea change your absol into a baton passer

I guess I used Steel Wing the wrong way. Okay, then. Go with Return. Steel Wing is helpful on certain Pokemon like Dodrio.

Not to burst your bubble, gold typhlosion, but some of those suggestions aren't very good.

For instance, why would you put Slash on Absol when Return is a far better Normal move?

Why put Wing Attack on Crobat when Aerial Ace has the added advantage of being always accurate, while Wing Attack has no extra effects at all?

Why use Dynamic Punch at all when it has the worst accuracy of any Fighting move? Besides, you'll do more damage over time with a couple of Brick Breaks or a well-predicted Focus Punch than you will with Dynamic Punch.

I never said your suggestions were dumb. I was giving you constructive criticism. You should learn what that is because you're going to experience a lot of that in your lifetime.

Thing is, steel wing isnt going to OHKO anything [presuming max health], while most things that carry rockslide can OHKO crobat. The point is, it'll be more worthwhile to switch out to something that can eat that rockslide than stay in, attack, and then get OHKO.
Furthermore, steel is a pretty crappy offensive typing..Return will be more useful 99% of the time.

[just realised all this was said already :(..whatever i'm still posting it.]
