    is it good i think his sp.def is ok since i only put 128evs into it but his hp is a big let down

    im not fantastic on this sorta thing, but it sounds like a case of bad IVs. U may wanna ask a more experienced member of the site about them, but i think thats why you're the stats are a bit low. dont know if that helped but meh :)
     
    Hhm, are you sure those stats are correct? According to Metalkid's IV calc, assuming those are L100 stats, the Def/SpDef IVs are not possible (the Def is too low, and the SpDef is too high). Methinks you may have miscalculated your EVs.
