4th Gen Help on Pokemon Mansion

    When I talk to the mansion owner he starts talking about something totally irrelavant rather than informing me of what species is in the garden. I haven't gotten the national dex yet but I don't know if that's a requirement. Any help would be appreciated.
     
    Yea, I do believe you need the National Pokédex first, just like with encountering other non-Sinnoh Pokédex Pokémon in the wild.
