Help plz!

Hi, I just need a bit of help with pokemon stadium 1. every time i battle this one trainer in Sabrina's gym his Rapidash's horn drill attack (one hit KO) never misses. I tried using hydro pump with my Blastoise but I just cant beat him. Any suggestions?

Get a pokemon with dig. And you can dodge the horn drill. Or keep reseting the game until she doesnt pick her rapidash.
