Help w Card Value/Grading

Hey there! I've rediscovered my original Pokemon cards after 20+ years, and am interested in possibly selling them but have no idea where to start. My biggest question is determining if its worth having any of them graded? I have a complete original base set, and approximately 80% of Fossil and Jungle. The base I pulled about 95% on my own back in 1999, the other 5% which was mostly trainers I purchased after market. From the research I've done, it seems like the 3 big cards I have would be the Charizard, shadowless Blastoise, and 1st edition shadowless Machamp. From Jungle/Fossil I have a 1st edition holo Vileplume, 1st edition holo Hitmonlee, and a 1st edition holo Ditto although that one has a crease. For the most part, I really feel like the cards are in great shape, but after seeing a lot of PSA reveals on TikTok where a nearly perfect card gets <8, my confidence dropped significantly haha. Sounds like PSA is the way to go as far as resale value, but some of the other companies maybe offer better chances at a higher grade for a more reasonable price. Any help/thoughts on these cards would be very appreciated!!

The backs are what's going to nail you on grading, those white edges will harm any grade you get with them

I appreciate the feedback…I have no experience with grading. In your experience do you have any thought on what I'd be looking at as far as grades? In this instance would going with someone other than PSA help get a "better" grade?

Hard to say really mate, there's some scratching on some of the holofoil areas too on Zard and Blastoise, but theres a market for those in lesser condition. You're probably looking at PSA 5s on most of these, though PSA are notoriously inconsistent. I wouldn't look at grading with anyone else though. Beckett and CGC are the only other grading services people take seriously and they're both stricter than PSA
