Help, what pokemon should I raise...

You shield think of a pokemon yourself :p but maybe something like a water pokemon would be good or a psychic guy. btw its Jolteon not Zolteon :p
 
Pidgeotto is really unusable, and with Charizard already being the part flyer, you might as well ditch it. Raticate you can keep for a bit more, until you come accross better ones, but it as well is pretty weak compared to most final forms.
