i heard that u can put manaphy and phione in the day care and they make a manaphy egg... is this true?

and i would like to know if all species of pokemon can breed

No. Manaphy + Phione = nothing, since both can only breed with Dittos.

I think breeding Phione or Manaphy will always get you a Phione egg....This is because i think they didnt want people getting tons of Manaphy's all the time

yeah you only get phiones and all non legends can breed
