Need help with choosing IVs again ;)

Same set:
T-tar
-Crunch
-Focus Punch
-Subsitute
-Thunderbolt

The IVs are:
Impish
HP 22
Atk 28
Def 22
Sp Atk 28
Sp Def 25
Spd 1

Quiet
HP 20
Atk 20
Def 15
Sp Atk 25
Sp Def 27
Spd 2

Note: I dont need IVs for Spd because of the Sub + Focus Punch set and T-tar isnt fast anyway.

1. I'm talking about IVs(Invidual Values) not EVs(Effort Values)
2.This is Tyranboah and is standard set so no need to change it.
