Help with EVs

    I'm thinking of adding a calm mind Jirachi to my team and im stuck on EVs, so far, All I came up with was 252 hp...the IS are 29/29/31/31/31/31, what are your suggestions.

    P.S. the set is

    Jirachi@ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    Nature: Modest
    - Substitute
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Thunderbolt / Flash Cannon (Can't decide)
