3rd Gen help with trading from sapphire to fire red(i've already completed whats required)

help!!!!! i got a deoxys on my sapphire version with an Action Repaly, but when i tried to trade it to my fire red, it keeps saying "the other person's pokemon can't be traded now" whats up with this? i've traded other pokemon from sapphire that i got with action replay, including jirachi, and the only one it won't let me trade is deoxys.
if anybody knows something that can help me, i'd be extremely grateful

Well, if you've done everything required - National Dex and Plates given to Celio (Some people forget to actually give the plates to him -_-) - then you should be able to trade it. Although since you've used an AR... it may have kinda backfired to get the Deoxys in the first place. I don't have first hand knowledge of them, but that'd be the most logical explanation.

If you used a Pokemon Modifier to catch it in the wild, you won't be able to trade it since it doesn't have the bit of data that makes it obey you and stuff. Use kpdavatar's Popkemon Calculator to make a code for Deoxys and when selecting what you want it to have, check the "Obediant" box.
