I need to know how to get Celibi in Crystal....and Mew in Blue

Serebii was only available through special Nintendo events (I think it was "pokemon rocks america" or something like that), and the same is true for Mew. If you had a game genie or game shark you could cheat for 'em, but other than those two methods, there is no other way to get them. :(

Yeah, the only Mew I ever got was through my game genie. :P and I got my game genie loooong after they stopped producing them. Thing is, they only have 'em for the original gameboy, if you want to use it on Pokemon games. But if you can find one, it will help (as a last resort, o' course, lol)

And as far as serebii is concerned, I think you may need a game shark for that one. I think Crystal was strictly game boy color, and they didn't make game genies for GBC. You might want to look into a used video game store, or ebay or something for those things. I hope that helps!

Celebii can't be caught normally in Crystal. The only sure fire way to get it is to use a cheat code, or to trade over from someone who has Pokemon Colleseum. And Nintendo rehacked R/B/Y, so now you can't get Mew without using a cheat code.

Actually, you can get Mew in R/B/Y without any cheat codes. There's a glitch in the game that let's you catch it on the route to the left of Lavendar town (I forget number ><). I saw a site with how to do it once, and tried it and worked. :P I try and find site for you.

Answer to the Question:
You can only get Celebii through a Nintendo event or through Cheating (GameShark, CodeBreakers etc.)
Mew is obtainable in Red/Blue/Yellow through a glitch, then you can trade it. If you don't want to trade you have to get it through a event or Cheating.

I think Nintendo is trying to cover up its glitches better so more people will pay money to come to these events!

Well there is a Glitch to get mew in r/b/y But i can't remember it visit serebii i think the know.

Now Serebii was from an event that has passed so unless you went to that event you'll have to cheat.
