2nd Gen help

This is the first time of me playing yellow and im stuck. All my routes to Saffron are blocked off. Can u plz tell me how to get there so i can face Sabrina. Plz help me

Buy Fresh water from the top floor of the department store and then walk past the guard.

Yep go to the big department building and but water than give it to one of the guards then you go through.

One other thing now. I have defeated Sabrina. Why is Blaine's gym door locked?

You need to find the key, which is in the Pokemon Mansion to the left of the Gym. It takes a good while to get throuh the thing, tho. Make sure you're stocked up on Brn Heals or Repels before entering: you DON'T wanna get Burned, as it both zaps your HP AND halves your Attack stat.

Blaines gym is just locked to make the game longer, you have to go into the Burning Building at the left side of the Island. I would recomend you to take to turns there, one when you catch all Pokemon that you want there, and one where you acctually do the maze. It takes some time to get what you should do, but hopefully you will make it!
