Well, to start off, my name is Demetri. I'm going into college in the fall and I still somewhat like Pokemon, even though I haven't been able to stay interested in the handheld games for some reason. I haven't played black or white and know very little of the 5th gen pokemon. I hope to change that soon though and even play some of the interesting pokemon hacks I've seen here. Anyway, I hope to become a welcome member of this community and meet many other great people!

It's alright if you still like Pokemon and entering college soon. I was like that when I first started college as well...like...three years ago. I'm 21 and I am like OBSESSED. xD Don't feel too ashamed about it. :)

Welcome to PC, Demetri. <3 Your current knowledge of the generations of Pokemon is always welcome no matter what. You can always learn more about the 5th Generation at the Black & White section of the forum. We're currently anticipating the arrival of BW2, so you *might* want to stay away from that section. xD Oh, and you'll definitely have fun playing our hacks. They're so much fun (I recommend Flora Sky!).

You should play Black and White right now so you can get to know the 5th Gen and with B2/W2 coming outside of Japan this October now is a time to do so!

The Emulation section is home to PC's massive hacking community, among the largest in the universe!

There's loads of other stuff to check out like writing, art, roleplaying, off-topic stuff, clubs, trivia, anime/manga discussion and just plain old Pokemon talk in general.

It's recommended you talk to those with bold names like Meganium90 over there.

Also, try and make some friends along the way!
