ummmm, yea i am new and i dont have any pokeomn worthwile to give out cause i just got to the elite 4 and i need to evolve my electabuzz, anyone want to hook me up with an electizer?

It's the item required for an Electabuzz to hold in order to evolve into an Electivire.
