    The name's GotMoxie, nice to meet ya. I'm a long time pokemon fan, beginning at Gen. 3. When it comes to battles, I'll likely accept the challenge, barring that the pokemon used are legitimate. I don't believe in using RNG pokemon, no matter how 'legitimate' they are. But otherwise, I'm a pseudo competitive player, as I often using competitive move sets, but I refrain from being tier based. Sorry about the gripes, just had to get those out of the way. Otherwise, I hope to be an excellent addition to the community!
    PS: My team and number are in the signature, in case you were wondering.

    Random Data:
    Fave pokemon: Camerupt, Lanturn, Scrafty, and Breloom.
    Fave type: Ground. All the way.
    Fave region: Hoenn.
    Black/White?: Loved it. For each bad addition (coughcoughalomomolacough) there were two to replace it.

    And yes, in three days a blissful spin-off will grace my DS.

    But you should also check out the Current Generation Pokemon gaming section or maybe join some pokemon clubs... :)

    Hi there, GotMoxie! Just to insert this before everything else, Moxie is a really BEASTLY ability. I had my Salamence on PO with Moxie, and boy. It's a beast, I tell you.

    Anyway, welcome to PC! You should check out our, as tajaros pointed out, our CBC and Adv Forums, since I think you are interested in those kind of areas. But, hey, make sure you participate in other discussions as well. We have a plethora of features, I am sure you'll get around to.

    Moxie is one cool ability, my Scrafty in Black has it. She's so awesome...

    As some of those who posted said, you should get over to the Competitive Battling Center, complete with its own Pokemon Online server!

    You can even post a team and get it rated by competitive battling critics. One of the regulars, PlatinumDude knows a lot when it comes to the recommended sets for your team. He is one true team critic I'd say.
