    Welcome to the forums I've been into the games for 14 years now and I've played all gens except the first. Hope you have a great time here and make heaps of friends :)

    So you've mostly played the 3rd and 4th gens? Have you thought about trying out the remaining few gens, perhaps? They were pretty great games on their own; my personal favorites were Crystal, Emerald, and Black/White. n_n

    Hey Charosity, welcome!

    It's lucky that you came in at the third gen games. You really haven't missed anything at all because the remakes of the first and second gens are in the third and fourth. So you've had the whole experience in six years that it's taken everybody else eleven or twelve to have! :P. So you've had the entire Pokemon experience in one big crash course and you're just as much as Poke-veteran as somebody twice your age XD

    So anyway, welcome to the forums! You're in great company here, among tons of people just like you! So enjoy yourself, start posting around and you'll make some awesome friends! Hopefully I'll see you around the boards :D
     
    Hiya! Nice to hear you've been quite a devoted Pokemon fan for so long! I'm Winter, nice to meet you!

    As for the Pokemon gens, 3rd gen is my favorite! I dunno why, exactly, but I think it has a lot to do with the Pokemon at the time, as well as Team Magma/Aqua and whatnot. @__@ I also loved Emerald and it's Battle Frontier, haha!

    But other than that, I hope you enjoy yourself here at PC! It's a pretty fun place here. :3

    Hello there Charosity, I am Hikari.

    I'm a 13-year veteran of the Pokemon series although I started with Generation 3 when it came to the games, I have also played 4th and 5th Generations.

    Ruby was my first game, and I sure have fond memories of it.

    I might suggest the Pokemon Gaming areas for you, since there's lots to talk about there.

    If you need help, feel free to ask those with the bold name like Cirno and Shining Raichu over there. The former just became a mod today btw.
