    *image removed*

    a. (optional) Have a Game Boy Advance SP (NDS/NDS Lite also works as well)

    1. First, you need an Acro Bike.

    2. Put two Pokemon in the day-care (1, if you are training a specific Pokemon)

    3. Go back to Mauville City (the electric gym leader), and go up to the desert, and at the top there should be a mud slide.

    4. Put a small piece of tape onto the up button on the directional pad (Up, Left, Right, Down) when you are facing the mud slide, and put the charger in your GameBoy (you'll need it)

    5. Leave it on, maybe while taking a nap, or sleeping at night.

    6. When you are finished, you can return to the day-care. Your Pokemon may have grown 20 levels, or more, depending on the level.

If you are nervous about losing moves, then get Heart Scales. After that ordeal, you can get a Lvl. 100 (maybe) and play around with him!

wel not a glitch per say,but it thats way to get your pokemon to lv 100.

    What?
I've not heard of this "Mud Slide to 100," but perhaps I'm missing something here...

Mud Slide to 100? I thought the Mud Slide glitch was just making the eggs hatch faster by going to a mud slide and keep sliding it.

I think this is what happens:

    1. You first get an Acro Bike, or just use your feet or something, and find a mud wall.

    2. You 'slide' it, meaning you just hold up and wait while you keep trying to go up and down.

    3. You get Egg Steps..

Is that correct? That's the only instance I ever heard of in Mud Slide glitches.

If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Uhhh, see that "C" button below?

It's for "Clear" which resets the counter, which is obviously what you (or someone else) did.

OKies, now that I've searched a bit, I thnk I've found the proper mud slide glitch. The original source I found it was https://www.cheatcodesgalore.com/gba/games/Pokemon_Sapphire/index.php?page=34, in case you don't believe me. Bums.

    Anyways, to put it simply:

    a. (optional) Have a Game Boy Advance SP (NDS/NDS Lite also works as well)

Is that right? I hope so.

And for the counter, I believe that's how many steps you take. For eggs, mud walls, etc. etc.

Its an interesting idea if you have a heck of a lot of time on your hands...
I cant find whether it was proven or not

The fact that you gave a D/P screenshot and then give instructions for R/S/E kinda defeats the purpose.
    1. There's no Acro Bike in D/P
    2. You dont need a bike for this to work
    3. I'm sure the game developers have stopped this from being able to work after R/S/E and I'm not going to try it to find out if it works.

Yes it also can give egg steps and exp pts in breeding in R/S/E. But this is uncomfirmed for D/P,

Umm.. You dont give much information, and doing this "trick", is really lousy for raising pokemon, i tried with pidgeot about a year ago, and its stats sucked like crazy, didnt even break 200 in it's stats when it reached lv.100,

It is only good for hatching eggs, and you don't even get a sticker in R/S/E!

    I like stickers.. xD

The step counter in the Pocketch only counts the number of transitions you make between tiles - theoretically, eggs use the same counter and hence will not hatch even if you tried that trick in Diamond and Pearl.

Yes I just tried it in Diamond with an nearly ready to hatch egg.
    1. The egg didnt hatch and
    2. The step counter doesnt record it as a step.
