Welcome to the forums! It's nice to meet you Matt. I have a brother-in-law and a couple of great friends personally who is Matt as well, seems that name is very popular now-a-days!

For ROMs, here is a LINK for the Emulation section, of course check out the sub-forums when you get there for certain interests.

Hello there and welcome to PC! Ahhh nice to see you into Pokemon so much, and even have an interest in Rom's, and fakemon! :P There's quite a bit of stuff with those in the forums so you should have a lot of fun look at those. Have you tried making any of that for yourself? You'll be able to learn how to do so here if you choose to want to learn, it's really fun and worth giving it a shot if you got the time.
