Yes quite , a garden city but no deslination plant , but i heard in the news that the Goverment is Planning to build a deslination plant but for now we are going to buy water from Malaysia. Singapore is only a small dot in world map too.

So what if you are wealthy , you can't buy everything with money but it will be good to have money .
