Hey Jeremy, welcome to PC! It's great to have you here, always room for more. ^^
Check out the tools and resources forum for specific downloads and guides but you can also stop by the ROM hacking chat thread if you want to ask about something related to hacking that doesn't fit elsewhere in the forum (as I'm not sure if the tools area has what you're looking for). I'm not experienced with the technical aspects of hacking but am down to help guide you around the board itself if you're not sure where to post what. 8] There are a slew of things to do here and hacking's just one of the many so I hope you'll have a good experience and will stick around.
