I think the sick girl in rustburo is an another game that is found on a website,theres a thread here that talks about a sick girl in rustburo and in a matter fact its in this forum but I dunno where it is!
 
Uh,yeah.

The sick girl in Rustboro will only laugh if you have a code for the Japanese version.

There is no code for the english version yet.
