High Fashion Banner

Hi guys, I have a banner to show. I don't usually make banners so I'm new to how to get different effects. I basically fiddled with paintshop pro 9 until I got the desired effect XD

THe picture is of Elyse from America's Next Top Model Cycle 1.

the bg looks pretty empty make trim down a bit

Its good but like munna said take off scanlines.
But that person in the banner freaks me out XD.
