3rd Gen HM's

I have played Leaf Green before, however, I can't remember where to get the HM's. Could anyone help me by making a list of the HM and exactly where to get it?

HM01 - The Captain in the SS.Anne
HM02 - A girl outside celadon, go to the cycling road, cut the bush, go through the top of the gatehouse and look for a house
HM03 - In the Secret House in the Safari Zone
HM04 - Give the safari wared his golden teeth
HM05 - Have 10 pokemon and talk to OAKS Aide in the big building on route 2 (you need cut)
HM06 - A cave before mt. ember
HM07 - ICefall cave on island 4

Ok here is where you can get HMs in the Kanto region. Hope this helps! ;)

HM 01 Cut- The S.S. Anne Captian.

HM 02 Fly- Route 16 the house on the very top use cut to get to it.

HM 03 Surf- Safari zone

HM 04 Strength- Safari Zone Warden in Fusha city. Give him the gold teeth.

HM 05 Flash- Route 2 go to a house one of prof. oak's aides is there speak to him and he'll give you the HM only when you capyure about 30 pokemon

HM 06 Rock Smash- Island 1 in the spa place

HM 07 Waterfall- Island 4, Icefall cave
