    OK, for those of us that have a special holiday around this time of tear, tell us your basic routine. Whether it's Hannuka, Christmas, or any winter holiday, tell us what goes on for you and your family. ^____^

    For me, Christmas eve is always the night where it's nearly impossible to sleep. XD But, once we wake up, my family and I have a delicious Christmas breakfast together. Afterwards, we all gather around the tree and open up our gifts together. Then, once we've all enjoyed a full morning of Christmasness, we get dressed and ready to go to my grandparents' house and spend all day there.

    There's always presents, fun, love, and quality family time. ^_______^ I just adore it every year! I get to see my cousins, and have a great dinner at my grandparents' house.

    Well, spread your holiday cheer with us all! Tell us what you do for the holidays. ^_^

    I wake up as early as my mum can let me open my presents XD, i have tea, have brekfast, get dressed, then open my presents XD, later, my mum would get the table out so we could eat, i normally have stuffing, mini sausages and other stuff, a lil bit like a sunday dinner!, then and maybe before that, i go off doing stuff with my chritmas presents, but theres a problem, i dont know where to go first XD, i normally leave the best til last, but maybe not at chritmas XD, i like to stay up at night at chritmas day attendenly.

    Sweeties, every Christmas is random! ^0^ But you can be sure, it involve me and my family! Also video games, and fun! XD Don't forget food! ^0^

    On Christmas Eve, my family stays home throughout the day doing this such as: last minute baking, or just relaxing. Although, the night is most exciting. We all gather around the table for a lovely dinner, but each years meal varies. Usually since we have a lot of snow, we all go for a long walk with our dogs around the block to examine all the pretty Christmas lights, and singing Christmas carols. ^o^ Finally when we return home, we warm up for a bit and then watch some Christmas movies while drinking some hot chocolate.

    Before I head off to bed, I always put up my stocking for the fun of it, and then read some Christmas stories up in my room. When I finally turn the lights out, I find it impossible to get to sleep. I toss and turn until usually my father comes into my room and asks if I want anything from downstairs, for he cants sleep either. xD; I usually ask for a glass of water, and that puts me to sleep.

    In the morning, my brother and I wake up at about 7:00 and wake up our parents. Although we are usually stuck sitting in one of our rooms talking about the days festivities for about 15-20 minutes while my parents wake up, go downstairs to make their coffee's and make sure everything is perfect under the Christmas tree. Finally they call up to us, reassuring us that its alright to come down stairs. When we do, we put on the Christmas music, empty our stockings, and open half of our gifts.

    Between opening our gifts, we eat a nice complete breakfast, get ready, and bring all of the gifts we have already received up to our rooms. Then we complete the rest of our presents. Then later on in the day we have some family come over and spend the night.

    The next day, Boxing Day, we usually go shopping.

    Well, this year is different. xD;

    This year, on Christmas Eve we are going up to my grandparents house to open up our gifts. We are going to Swiss Chalet for our Christmas Eve dinner, and then returning home. We are going to take a certain route home to look at all of the Christmas lights, but I dont know what we are going to do about our Christmas Eve walk.

    When we get home, we are going to have a hot tub, and then we shall see what is going to happen from there. ^^;
    The next day is basically the same. We have my aunt and uncle coming down, and stuff.

    Well, I'm finished now. xD;

    Well, here's my routine:

    I wake up on Christmas Eve morning, do stuff, help my parents prepare, and eat a special Polish Christmas dinner. After the dinner, we say a few words, and open our presents.

    Where we're from, in Europe, we get to open our presents on Christmas Eve near midnight. It's pretty simple. The Christmas tree is always decorated the week of Christmas and is decorated by everyone. It's really fun. And we get to watch Christmas movies too! ^-^

    When I was little, I'd wake my parents up at like, 4 to rush down and open presents. XD We'd usually have everyone over for dinner around 2PM, and sit around and chat for hours.

    Now…it's a bit different. I imagine we'll wake up, do presents and cards, then go out to my aunt's for dinner. The mood isn't as cozy, but it's still nice~

    lesse... i wake myself up, get my parents up, who are probably sleeping, then i go downstairs and open everything XD then i have breakfast, or sometimes skip it. then i play my new video games and once i've tried out all of those, i play with all my non-video game stuff. then by lunch, i go out to Rubios XD and get some tacos, then come home, probably play with my video games or go on the computer. then i eat dinner, and go on the comp again, then watch tv, then go to bed, but not sleep. i read Naruto for an hour in bed, and finally go to sleep. then the next day i sleep in till 9 or 10, get up, and go on the comp XD

    Christmas is always really fun for me! What everyone in my family usually does is go to my grandparents' house (It's the largest so there's plenty of room!) on Christmas Eve, visit, eat dinner, play games, and open gifts from each other.

    Playing games is one of the most fun things that we do! My grandfather is always in charge of coming up with the ideas for them, and everyone joins in so we have a blast. We almost always have a scavenger hunt and Christmas quiz, along with a ton of other popular and made-up games. The prizes are also really good, too! I love playing them!

    Anyway, we also make a great dinner, (Or buy... One time my grandmother decided to just buy a bunch of things from Taco Bell and bring them home. XD We set it all up on the table, and it was like a buffet!) and then we open gifts. That's always really fun, too!

    Then, the next morning everyone wakes up to find even more gifts, from ''Santa''! (Usually we get the best presents in the morning!) It is so exciting. My brother and I usually wake each other up, then run and look at our presents! So we basically do it the old-fashioned way, though ours seems to be a little different compared to everyone else's, but I like it that way. We get two days of presents! ^__^

    And that's usually how it goes! I love Christmas with my family because we always have so much fun. We're pretty different when it comes to things, too--Everyone's casual, not really fancy and stuff like that, we do all kinds of silly stuff and play games, we have 'themes' for the decorations, (Such as the year before last everything was decorated red, white, and blue in honor of our military troops and stuff!) and we even don't mind ordering a bunch of Taco Bell food for dinner, lol. (One year the adults even let all of the children cook! It was... interesting. There were a lot of french fries and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. XD)

    At my grandparents' old house, we used to go on hayrides and stuff, too! It was so much fun because we'd do it at night, and bundle up in blankets and drink hot chocolate. My grandfather would pull the huge trailer with his tractor. It was fun!

    Anyway, I'll shut up now! I just had a lot to talk about! x_x; I really do enjoy it, though. Even though this year may not be as action-packed because my grandmother just had surgery and she needs to rest, I'm certain that we'll still have a great time!

    There's only one routine-like activity during Christmas time for me, and that's giving/getting presents at parties. Well, and the fact that my dad visits, but I won't be in High School anymore next Christmas.

    I usually wake up at about 3 a.m, open presents, watch TV or eat the candy from my stocking until my mom gets up, then she makes me try on any clothes I got (Icky icky..)

    - Wake up
    - Play games until I have a headache
    - Open presents etc.
    - Complain that I didn't get something I wanted even if I did
    - Eat the chocolate
    - Play more games until headache worsens
    - Sleep

    'Tis a good life.

    Well first I wake up on christmas eve. Me and my family get dressed and get ready. Then we go to my grandparents house. My mom will help fix food. I usually watch t.v. or play basketball while theyre doing this (Yes I play basketball in the wintertime) Then some of my other family starts to come. Then I have to go back inside and watch the kids along with my cousin. Finally my mom tells us we can eat, We all eat. Then we'll go into the family room and exchange gifts. Then we talk and just chill til about 10 pm. Then everyone goes home. Then I go to sleep. And I wake up in the morning which is christmas. I go and wake my parents up if theyre still asleep. We go and open presents. My dad fixes breakfast. My grandparents come and eat breakfast. I open their presents they have for me. And then I just do stuff with my presents the rest of the day.

    I wake up.

    I go to tree.

    I open up presents at the speed of light.

    I pop in my new video game.

    I play it until I starve and my mom reminds me to it.

    Repeat until beat game.

    Fin.
