    Like how I avoided cursing there? Haha, well, this is a pretty simple question. What's your "holy sheet" moment? To further explain, describe a fond memory where you might've said "holy sheet". Enjoy!

    I have no filter therefore I don't usually censor myself unless they're little children around or I'm around my parent. I usually just end a few syllables early. Or the usual "dang" "freak" with the occasion "holy freeeeak". I don't really have a story to go along with it.

    Edit: Makes sense.

    It's usually when someone scares me. I can remember at Halloween one year my friend thought it'd be funny to creep up on me while I was talking to someone else. Luckily I had enough sense to use "holy freeeeak" instead of the other word because there was little kids around.

    Don't think you have the idea of the thread, although that'd be my fault. You're supposed to post about a memory that was outlandish or ridiculous, or caught you by surprise. Hence the possibility of saying holy sheet, or something like that.

    Usually if I see something really surprising and/or exciting/freaky/unbelieveable.

    When I first saw some of the attacks on Touhou first-hand. When that screen gets clustered with bullets all you can say is "Holy ****." I often used this phrase instead though. "Sweet Mary; mother of god."

    I've been replacing any curse word with the word poop. Anyone I friend on Facebook can attest to how often I say it. I don't have any problem swearing or other people swearing, because I think it's just a word and that people make too much of a big deal about it, but this is just something that stuck like glue. My best friend says it all the time, and that's how our oh snap obsession happened. So it's always "Holy poop!" or "Oh snap!" - "Holy poop! Finally done work." "Oh snap, look at you! Speed demon!!" are good examples or recent uses. Hahaha we're so lame.

    My Holy Sheet moment would have to be in 2006 when a fire broke out outside my unit block at like 3am in the morning. I was scared I was gonna die, I even cried "OMG it's the end of the world!" when I thought all my memories were gonna be burnt up. (Yeah, there was a crazy teacher at my high school that often brought up alien conspiracies)

    I had to spend the whole night outside in the cold, it was winter back then as well which made it worse. Since then, some people never want to go near the building I live in cos of fear they'll get attacked.

    My most recent Holy Sheet moment was when I discovered this one guy I used to really like a lot (and I mean a LOT) all throughout highschool and a bit of college.. >_> used to be a girl. I ended up seeing old family photos of him with boobs.

    Awkward.

    When I wake up and see that I'll be late for school (or something important) if I don't get my lazy self off the bed. Yep, that's pretty much it, though it happens occasionally. xD There were other times, too, but I just can't remember. ;-;

    Multiple times when I've been driving in my car, someone will like swerve in front of me or cut me off. Those are all moments where I'm like "Holy crap, learn to drive!" :P

    A cousin of mine just recently came out to his family that he is gay, and his mom totally went dick mode on him. When I found this out, it was a total wtf moment to me. Seriously changed how I looked at her. I was seriously surprised.
