How come I can't make a blog?

There are some competitions that sometimes give away blogs as prizes as well. And all the other methods were covered by Team Fail.
 
Not to sound rude here, but wouldn't it be better to make a blog about your life on a free blogging site? A random Pokemon forum doesn't seem like the place, especially considering you just joined and no one here knows you. I'm not saying your life isn't interesting, but it's harder to have people be interested in you when you have barely posted, at least here it seems. Maybe after you've been here a while, sure, but you just joined last month. I really think that if you want to blog about your life, you could find a much better place than here.
 
Also someone could donate for you to become Supporter. If you just want to tell about your life and not constantly update it you can always use the Biography portion in your profile. You can also add your Twitter screen name on the Twitter postbit(pending you use Twitter of course). Otherwise I'd just recommend what Sydian said and you can always link the free blog back to here within your sig.

You need 5,000 posts or become a Tier 2 Supporter or higher. Moderators without Supporter status are exceptions.

You could try talking to a Supporter (look for italic blue names) and they might donate on your behalf.
 
It's a lot more convenient to simply make a Tumblr account, y'know?
