How devoted you are to a religion?

What is the total amount of time do you spend on a religion each week How often do you attend Church/Mass each week and for how long? How long do you pray, do rosaries, go to confession, listen to Christian hymns or contemporary music or read the Bible per week.

Since, I am just as religiously devout as Ash and Misty, I would say I spend no time. Most people would say they do not spend a lot of time too.

I do have a religious-like devotion to Pokémon as I bet that I spend more time watching old episodes, listening to the background music and songs like My Best Friends and Together Forever, posting at PokéCommunity, reading Bulbapedia etc. than most religious people spend doing religious activities. I spend about eight hours per week.

0 hours:) Idk. I usually start out as a pious fideist on Mondays, and end up being a rebellious athiest by Sunday. It's quite a complicated matter. (I'm not even kidding either).

I'm agnostic, so I'm not religious.

I'm a Protestant Christian, and yes, I actually believe in the religion I claim to be a part of. And I do my best to live by its code of conduct unlike some who like to claim they're part of a religion yet haven't read their scriptures. And I couldn't in good conscience claim to be a Christian if I *didn't* take my religion seriously. You shouldn't claim to be one if you don't actually try to live like one. There's no legitimacy in being a soft core Christian who picks and chooses which part of the faith they like. I read the Bible whenever I get the opportunity and even at work, I pray quite a bit to the Lord, and do what I can to live life according to the Ten Commandments and the Word of Christ.

I don't believe in any religion so I spend zero time doing such things. Unless you want to count holidays which is mandatory in my family.

My parents make me go to a Christian church but Im not really devoted to God or Jesus. I guess you can say Im a Skeptic. Im still trying to figure all these religion things out.

    I am not religious. /agnostic

So none. Unless you count when I am really angry at life and I curse at God, which I ironically do not believe in.

Before I answer I should point to some of you that an agnostic person does not care for religion and has no opinions on the existance of a higher power, essentially if you do or don't believe in God you aren't agnostic.

Anyway, fr myself, I think it is possible that there is a God out there, and I'd certainly like to believe it as hard as it may be at times. But I've never had time for religion, I use my time for what I know, and what I know is what I see. Personally I feel that worship of any kind is unhealthy and I think the history has proven that religious worship in particular has probably caused more bad than good.

Well I'm a Deist so the only time I spend on religion is religious talks on forums that doesn't have religion as its main board topic (I'd assume a religious website would take things too seriously).

Needless to say I am adamant behind my own beliefs, so much so that I cannot be suaded.

I used to be a Catholic Christian (by title pretty much only XD), until I decided to do a bit of research to find out what the name of my beliefs were...

Also on a side note, the ad is advertising the ability to learn Hebrew as was in the Bible...

I am a Methodist Christian, but I do not attend church. In my eyes, why do we need to go a random building to say we believe in God/practice beliefs/etc?

If I wanted to say I believed in God/etc, I can do that in my own privacy at my own house. And if I want someone to preach to me (which I don't), then I usually just read the bible. It's the same thing if you think about it. The preacher gives you instructions (basic, but still) which I can say in my head, and just reads an excerpt from the Bible, which I can do anywhere, anytime I hold a Bible.

My mom goes to church to surround herself with people who share her beliefs. It's a come-together sort of thing, the way I see it.

To answer your question, thinking too analytically into the religion I was raised to believe was an issue for me, now I pay no it no mind and live for myself.

Do we go to this forum to surround ourselves iwth people who love Pokémon like we do? I do not see how that is different when compared to posting at PokéCommunity.

Not too much. i claim to be a Christian, I go to church (and usually doze off), but outside of that I hardly give religion a second thought.

But that level of involvement is actually more than my level of involvement with religion pre-college - my family hardly ever attended church except for Easter, and sometimes we'd skip even that.

I'm a constantly struggling Christian. And, you know, I'll take that.

A cold hard zero. I celebrate Easter and Xmas but only as national holidays, not religious ones. The only people in my family who are religious are my grandma & grandpa, although my sister's agnostic.

Im not a religious person, but i dont hate ppl for what they believe so im ok with ppl who ARE religious, as long as they dont try converting me and junk.

    i dont belive in god.simple as,simple does
