[Other] How Do I Apply The Pokemon Sweet Patch To A Pokemon FireRed ROM?

I presume you're talking about the ROM hack Pokemon sweet Version, right?
In that case, the file you have should be .ips which you can apply to Fire Red With a program called Lunar IPS.
Just choose the .ips file and then the ROM and it should patch it.
