I got a bad egg without using a game shark code, so how can I fix it? Answer will be greatful. ^_^

I'm not sure where I heard this, but I think the bad egg thing is related to the berry glitch. Have you had your cart fixed of the berry glitch yet? If you have, ignore me already.

Ways to fix the berry glitch:
    1. Connect at least once to Pokemon Colosseum
    2. Download Jirachi
    3. Send it to Nintendo. Opening a space in your squad will give you a free shiny Pokemon.

Well, I don't know what to suggest, never had this problem before.

Toothache, you said if you send your cart to Nintendo they give you a free shiny pokemon?
Can you only send if you have a berry glitch, and what pokemon is it? Im guessing Zigzagoon. Or is it if you have a bad egg when your supposed to send to Nintendo?

First of all, he forgot to mention that gamestop has a program that fixes the berry program, and connecting with Colloseum is a misconception. The only labeled ways to fix it are getting Jirachi, and using Gamestop's program disk. As far as I know, Nintendo does not fix the problem, though I'm not saying they won't.

Now, to try to figure out the problem, was your cart preowned? if it is, then there is the possibility the cart was corrupted when a previous owner used a gameshark or action replay.

Nope, I mean the Berry Glitch. Here's a quote from last months Nintendo Official Magazine UK to clear things up

    Nintendo Official Magazine UK said:
If you've downloaded Jirachi, your game has already been repaired. Likewise, if you've linked your GBA to Pokemon Colosseum, you're also good to go. Failing that, you can always return your cart to Nintendo for their engineers to fix for you.

Note: Make sure your team has less than 5 Pokemon and you've saved the game. Do this to get a special surprise gift to your game!

The 'special surprise gift' I later saw on the NOM forum was a random shiny Pokemon.

NO the special thing that u get is jirachi

Where's your evidence? Prove to me that is the case, and I might believe you. As far as getting Jirachi goes, you either use the bonus disc from Colosseum in the US, or in UK/Europe, download it from Pokemon Channel.

And btw, those people on the forums have actually used the address to send their game back, and they did get different shinies, so there is the evidence for that. :-p

it's true i sent my game to nintendo and they gave me a shiny jirachi (starts laughing)
ha ha i got jirachi i don't care if u don't belive me

ps ha ha i got JIRACHI

The game was connected to Colosseum.... but it still doesn't tell me why it would happen like that. :-/

Did the Pok?mon only appear as a Bad Egg in Coliseum? If so, the problem is due to using a cheating device.

Coliseum only recognises a Pok?mon as a Bad Egg if:
    > The Pok?mon has an EV total greater than 510.
    > The Pok?mon was incorrectly created using a cheating device (the device created a corrupt Pok?mon).

You could have received a Bad Egg that only Coliseum would recognise, if you received a Pok?mon with an EV total over 510 from a trade (if that's even possible -- the game might prevent you from trading such a Pok?mon). This Pok?mon would not show up as a Bad Egg in the GBA game, but it would in Coliseum.

The berry glitch only affects time-related aspects of the game: the tide will not change in Shoal Cave, berries will not grow, et cetera. It would not go so far as to create or modify a Pok?mon with corrupt data; thusly, creating a Bad Egg.

The only way to get rid of a Bad Egg is to use a cheating device: the same way it was created. Generate a code (using The Pok?mon Maker) to overwrite the Bad Egg.

The only other possibility that I can see is that you have incurred a series of glitches into your game (either purposely or accidentally), which caused the Bad Egg. This is very unlikely, and I do not believe that this is the case simply because it is so unlikely.

Either way, you will need to use a cheating device to get rid of the Bad Egg.

If the Bad Egg was created on your game (you did not receive it in trade with another real game pak), then you likely will not be able to trade it to another cartridge. Just by the virtue that it is an egg (of sorts), it will not likely be able to be traded.

If you can trade it, however, I suggest you erase the save file of the game to which you trade it.

In the meantime, you should not (until you do try to trade it or you decide to use a cheating device to remove the egg from your game):
    > Move the Bad Egg.
    > Look at the Status Screen of the Bad Egg.
    > Put/keep the Bad Egg in your party (this supersedes not moving the Bad Egg).

The safest way to get rid of the Bad Egg is to erase it with a cheating device. I would recommend using a cheating device to get rid of it rather than trying to trade it. Games can be corrupted by having and/or try to trade Bad Eggs. However, you may be lucky enough that you can trade the Bad Egg.
