    Just simply go to user CP
    You can find this below the link
    The PokéCommunity Forums

    Select edit avator
    and at the bottom of the page you can find
    the option to browse for an avator form your
    computer.

    Don't worry I had the same problem

    And also the size limit for avatars is 130 x 130...it took me a while to figure that out XD
