    MY friend said that he has one he showed me but the picture is weird n stuff bu ti he says it is Pikablu, and I believe him because HE IS MY FRIEND so howdo I get him becuaseI want Pikablue I know he exists 100% TELL ME! plz,1
     
    It's probably Missingo you are talking about, there is no Pikablue in R/B XD
     
    Pikablu is a fake Pokemon, therefore there is no way of getting it at all... unles you se some weird cheat system -_-
