4th Gen How do you get to route 224?

    theres route 224 just above pokemon league..but how do you get there? apparently theres shaymins stone tablet there. Thanks to anyone who has posted!
     
    Don't bother with it right now: you need the Oak's Letter (Shaymin event item) to get through, but it hasn't been released yet, so you can't get there yet without cheating.
     
    To get to route 224 go through victory road and at the end of the road there should be another cave entrance to another area around there. Make sure you have rock climb, strength and rock smash with you...

    What are you talking about you can still go through, but the rock will be there witha small print to read, but anyways that is the only area where you face and catch shuckle, so w/e.

    Orrr you can doing with out being a hacker...
    Go back to victory road after getting the national dex and find the guy blocking the door (You should have passed him first time round) is gone. Go through, help someone get to the other end (They start following you like the guy on iron island) and voila, route 224

    But you need to wait for the event if you wanna get shaymin, theres no point having it atm and you'll just be branded oas a hacker.
     
    plus, there are some pokemon you can find only on that route. the first one that comes to mind is dusclops at night, as well as some high level trainers, so yeah, its pretty awesome.
     
    What you have to do is go through victory rod to the pokemon league.Then, after you beat it once, get out of the league and go to victory road again.There should be another passageway that opened up that leads to route 224.But before that, you must help a girl to get to route 224.Once she gets there, you get there.
     
    The girl is called marley, i think. Anyways when you are on your own use surf and lapras will appear (rare). I am trying to get one.
