    the other 3 passes, the "great accomplishment" before entering the cave of Mewtwo, the Ruby and sapphire plaques I mean I beat the elite four, I just don't know how to get the items after...

    1. The other passes? What other passes? You mean the 2 other tickets that elts you reach Navel Rock and Birth Island? You can't get those without cheating yet.

    2. No idea what you're talking about. The Cerulean Cave is opened to me right now and I never bothered to enter it. Mewtwo is old news.

    3. Read the FAQ regarding the plates.
