4th Gen how do you transfer pokemon from GBA and GBC games to platinum?

Just insert your GBA game into the DS and transfer them into Platinum using Pal Park.
You can't transfer GBC pokemon to Platinum though.

You need to have the Nat.Dex first,then go to Route 221.There will be the Pal Park and you can catch the Pokemon you transferred.

Then you have to beat the game first (battle the E4) and receive the national dex (meaning you've seen or captured all 210 pokemon available in the Sinnoh region.)

Also, you can quite easily find this information on Gamefaqs :3 maybe try there first.
