How does blissey learn siesmic toss???

    I want a blissey that knows seismic toss, how do i make it learn it?

    Also i want the same blisey to know 'aromatherapy'. How can i make the blissey know both these moves?

    Aromatherapy is obtained by breeding with a Male Roselia that knows it

    Seismic Toss is an Advance Move Tutor option
     
    You could try breeding a Roselia with a Blissey to get aromatherapy, but I have no idea how you get seismic toss :\
     
    Seismic Toss from a move tutor at the Battle Frontier in Emerald Version, yeh I know its annoying eh
