4th Gen How does Charizard learn Air Slash?

Been trying to figure this out for a while, but... I can't seem to get it! Everywhere I go it says "--" for level or "Basic" without an explanation. A little help please? ^^;

It means take it to the move relearner.

"-" basically means they learn it at Lv. 1 :]

For Charizard to learn Air slash, you have to use the move relearner in Pastoria City to allow your Pokémon to remember it. You will have to give a Heartscale to the move relearner for each move you have him teach.

You can find Heartscales either in the underground, or on wild Luvdisc =^_^=
(Super Rod, fish where the waterfall is outside of the Pokémon League)
