How late do you usually stay up?

    For me, it really depends on whether what I'm doing at midnight is more important than what I might have to do at 6AM. It's all about prioritizing. So my average "bedtime" is usually about 12.

    What about you?
     
    I have insomnia, so while I try to keep my bedtime between 9 and 1, I'm often still awake around 4 or 5am. But I guess that doesn't really count as "bedtime". My sleeping pills make it (relatively) easy to regulate when I sleep, but it also means I have to keep the same hours fairly consistently. Since I have a 9:30 class this term, even if it's only one day a week, I'll probably be going to bed around 11ish every night so that the effect of my sleeping pills will have worn off by the time I need to get up and get going. If I'm really tired from lack of sleep the night before and haven't had caffeine, sometimes I'll get away with going to bed as early as 9. :x

    It really sucks going to bed at 10 or 11 since I'm a night owl but you do what you gotta do.
     
    I'm usually up until sometime between 1 and 2:30. But starting next week I'm going to start heading to bed at midnight since I have to get up much earlier than I used to
     
    When I was a teenager: midnight - 3 AM.
    Now when I'm in my mid 20s and work: 10 PM.

    I felt weird staying up late, since I come to realize I'm a morning person. If I went to be 3 AM I would wake up 6-7 AM and be unable to go back to sleep.
     
    Used to be 2am - 5am, but lately I'm trying to get down to 12-1.

    Edit: Getting in bed now, at 1:50AM... just can't seem to do it before 1. lol

    i don't sleep all the night..i go to sleep in the morning...sometimes at 10 am or 12 pm..sometimes i stay up and keep drinking coffee all the day..which remind me i need to gain more weight now btw
     
    My body works on quite a regular routine when it comes to sleep. I go to sleep around 9:45PM - 10PM and I wake up around 7AM during weekdays. From Friday to Sunday night, my bedtime is usually an hour or two later - so maybe around 11PM - 1AM and I end up waking up around 9AM. Things don't change too often when it comes to sleep with me, and I always feel quite refreshed in the mornings - which is always a good start to the day in retrospect.
     
    I have quite a bad habit with sleeping late. Even at weekdays, I sleep at around 1 or 2 am, or even 5. As for weekends, it would be around till 6 am. The most late time I ever slept is around 10 am.
    True story.
     
    Well, I get home from work between 11:00 and 11:45. Usually I'll go in the bathroom for about 5 minutes and quickly clean up and change. After that, if there was a TV show on that I watch while I was at work, it'll be DVR'd and I'll watch it while I eat late-late dinner. By then it's usually between 1:00 and 2:00. I'll go to sleep after I finish watching the shows I recorded, unless I'm way too tired and just crash immediately when I get home.
     
    Seems to be between 1-2 recently. Maybe later on weekends, it really depends if i'm preoccupied or not.
     
    During holidays my average bedtime is around 1 am, but since I love going out I finally often go to bed at 6 or 7 am. While a school period, I try to go to bed at 10:30 pm/11 pm maximum. Unfortunately, I'm very long to fall a sleep, so even if I go to bed early, I start sleeping hours later.

    Lately I've found myself falling asleep at roughly the same time, even now that my classes for the year are done or during the weekends. I usually fall asleep some time between 10:30PM and midnight. Though there are some exceptions, for example when I simply lose track of time, and I sleep at around 2AM, but that doesn't happen all too often.
     
    I usually fall asleep around 8~10 PM on the week days, followed by waking up in the middle of the night because of my terrible headaches. I wake up at 5 AM every week day, if not earlier on my own.

    On the weekends, I usually wake up at the same time on my own; I never wake up later than 8 AM. I go to sleep at any time on the weekends and still manage to wake myself up.
