It depends on how much work you are willing to put into it. RM2K has virtually limitless potential- how good or complex it will turn out is only governed by your creativity and dedication. To make a CBS like in R/S is a super-difficult task- we here assembled a team of some of the best rm2k-ers to re-create this system and turn it into an awesome Pok?mon game. When it is done, you can feel free to use it if you want. My word of advice is to learn the basics first, then venture into total customization. Good luck!
