how to make a animation ?

    I am working on a Pokemon game.
    I want to know how to make an animation with windmills.
    (like in Diamond and Pearl)
    can some one help me please?

    Use a character set and set it to stop animation.
     
    The windmill's near Floroma town?

    You will need get/make an autotile animation. If you have pokemon essentials, the flower autotile is a good example. Try to google them.

    That was quite rude.
    If you used autotiles, it'd probably be better.
    You can recreate them or try to somehow rip them.. Try searching them on google. Or, you can get someone to recreate them(it shouldn't be very hard, really, just don't be LAZY*ahem*)
    I haven't made an autotile before, but just look it up, it shouldn't be very complicated.

    Not only that but your talking about a 3D game meaning they animated it using 3d animation softwear most likely 3d studio max that is the standard for game animations.

    Anyway you could use Kyles he made the animation set a while ago for the windmill.

    Hey I don't know what your problem is but, if you made an autotile you'd only need 4 different frames, they'd be going too fast to see there weren't more anyway.
     
    yes but the doors (or something like that) are little,
    the windmills are bigger.

    but it dont looks like i wish,

    First i have to create four different events
    Secondly, the first windmill will also be displayed and destroys the animation.
