3rd Gen How to trade between FR/LG and R/S/E

    How do you trade between regions on GBA I've got 2 GBA's and the gamelink cable. I've defeated the elite four in both and it still won't let me trade between Fire Red and Emerald.
     
    Defeat the elite four in emerald.

    In fire red defeat the elite four, catch sixty pokemon and get the National dex from professor oak.
