How well do you get along with animals?

    Are you someone who instantly gets along well with all animals, or someone who backs away from any/all animals you see? Is there a certain animal that you may not particularly like, but you get along well with those, or the opposite, something you like but can't get along with? Do share!
     
    I love all animals! Doesn't matter what they are, but I find them fascinating and have to pet them or play with them. I love figuring out a pet's personality. :D

    My mother always thought I should have went into Zoology as every animal for some reason always immediately gets along with me. My aunt has 3 cats and 2 dogs, and every time I go over there those animals all pile up around me. x]

    I really wish I could have a pet owls. Owls are so sweet.

    I usually get along with animals very well. Dogs and Cats usually are drawn to me supposedly because Im very calm and quiet, so therefore they arent afraid of me. I love all animals especially dogs and cats I like to pet and hold them, which they like. Sometimes dogs especially are eager for attention from me and may jump up. I guess they just think Im interesting so want to be near me.
     
    I grew up with cats so I just love them. Except I think my opinion on cats is skewed because my cat is super super affectionate so the idea of cats that run away and won't let you touch them is entirely foreign to me. I love dogs too though because I like the friendly thing, and I've also had a bunch of dogs. Kind of iffy on animals you can't cuddle like fish and birds, they're alright I guess but not something I would spend a lot of money on.

    Not a fan of bugs and snakes.
     
    I can get along very well with most animals. I've grown up among cats, and I love cuddling with them. I am lightly afraid of dogs, because of some greyhound running towards me at full speed when I was young, and it kind of freaked me out. Spiders are also animals that I am deathly afraid of, but I wouldn't ever have the guts to kill one if I saw it. For the rest, all animals really fascinate me, and I show great respect to wildlife.
     
    I do not particularly like animals. I've never really had any pets in my life except for fish and while they are adorable pets, they aren't overly affectionate. Not in the same way as mammals, anyway. As a result, I'm pretty awkward around animals, even cats and dogs, since I'm not entirely sure what I'm supposed to do with them. I don't pick up on their "please go away and don't pet me" cues and it's just... awkward. :( I also really don't like dogs, so that doesn't help.

    I do rather like bugs but I wouldn't say I "get along with them". I just... don't always kill them when they're in the house, unless its winter and sending them outside would be a death sentence anyway. I'm not sure this even counts enough to mention though.
     
    For me, it actually depends on the type of animal, aha. When it comes to dogs, I'm very okay with them and for the most part, they seem to like me. When it comes to cats, however, that's a whole different story. They just seem to hate me. I get hissed at a lot when I'm just sitting near them and not doing anything. A lot of bad luck with cats. But otherwise, I'm pretty good with animals. For some reason, I've always wanted a chinchilla as a pet. They're pretty cool. Though I'm not sure how they would act around me...

    Yeah I guess I'm pretty okay around animals. I love both dogs and cats and I've always enjoyed being in their company. There are not a lot of animals who have ever had a rather violent attitude towards me...

    I guess a ferret would be pretty cool as a pet. They are so cute and furry! :D
     
    I get along with animals somewhat well, particularly dogs. I tend to hesitate with cats because I'm afraid they might scratch me.
     
    Pretty well. I love meeting new pets. At this point, I'm cool with any animal you throw at me. I don't have any of my own, so I'm excited to see any animals I can at this point. Like last night, when my boss drove me home, she had her puppy in the back seat. She's so adorable. :3

    I never did anything to them! Dogs scare me 'cause they bark whenever they see me or try to bite me. ANIMALS HATE ME.

    I just look at pictures of animals on Google and pretend they like me to make me feel better. Am I the only one who does that? D:
     
    I LOVE ANIMALS! I used to have a Black Staff called Shadow (which we had before I was born) and I got really connected to it as I grew up - that is until I died a long time ago because of old age.

    But yeah, I haven't had enough contact with them as I'd love - but when so I've always loved them. My favourite animal is the Lion.
     
    I get on with cats. Occasionally. I generally don't like animals and they don't like me.

    Especially dogs ugh I'm terrified of them oops. Which is why I hate it when they jump on me it's just like no go away ;; I dunno animals just I'm not good with them I suppose? I'm too loud it scares them I think.
     
    I love all animals, creatures, and sometimes save the insects and insects that my mom hates for the pity I feel. I exaggerate by not killing pests, but placing them outside. My favorite animal I can handle so very well are rodents. They are absolutely adorable and my

    I love animals. I especially like going over a friend's who has animals! I think I tend to be that person who enjoys their friends' pets when they go over more than their own friends... lol. It's really only because my pet is pretty boring and doesn't bother much with any of us, otherwise if I had a fun pet I don't think I would care as much when I see others.

    I have a cat at the moment and I love cats in general, but my own cat is pretty boring. He only comes around when he's hungry and only cuddles just to cuddle once in a very rare while. I've wanted a dog for a while now and my dad actually seems pretty open to the idea, but he rather we get offered a dog instead of going out and buying one. So until that happens I doubt I'll get a dog anytime soon.

    My favorite pets I ever had were my two geckos. I used to clean their cage everyday and take them out and play with them, but when we got our cat my parents just took the geckos and sent them away without telling me. I would easily buy them again at some point. They really were so much fun to have. :(
     
    I love animals and they love me. It's deep and it's real.

    Cats and dogs are the main ones I come in contact with, of course. But I don't think I've ever met one that I haven't gotten along with!
     
    I am bad with dogs. Granted I'm allergic to most all animals, but dogs especially like to come after me, barking at me and trying to bite me. They terrify me, no doubt.

    Other animals, like cats, I'm pretty cool with. They tend to leave me to my own devices. Aside from cats, I've never really been an animal person... which makes it a wonder how I got into Pokemon. Must've been Meowth or maybe the "non-animal" Pokemon like Voltorb xD
