how 'well' u write

    The question is, when in MSN or here, how well you write? I write everything correctly here, including comas, periods, question marks, etc. When I'm in the Trade forum and I need to write quickly, this applies in MSN too, I write using lower case and without periods, though I use comas most of the time so people understand me. But it's not like I write badly either. I write everything correctly and I don't use abreviations. Also, I use accents, when writing "Pokémon" or in MSN (I talk Spanish). People talk the way they want, but I still write like this. I think it's a matter of order.

    How do you write? Do you use comas, periods, whatever? Do you start with upper case?
     
    Unless I'm with my friends and having fun, I usually spell things correctly, and use comma's, capitalization, and punctuation. Every now and then I'll miss a key or two, especially my 'm's because the key is sort of hard to hit, but otherwise, I hate reading posts that have bad spelling and stuff, and I absolutely cannot handle talking to anyone online unless they have good grammar and spelling.

    It's not hard, I mean, most of us have already had at least 5 years of education. You learn the basics by then. I just don't see why people can't apply it to the keyboard.

    And just to point it out, 'u' is an abbreviation for 'you', and well... I'll stop there before I go off ranting.
     
    I try to spell the best I can. Since I don't have the best grammar, I would have a few grammar problems here and there. At times I would make a typo when I am in a hurry or lazy to spell check. But sometimes when I am really tired, sleepy, or with close friends, I don't cap or use periods. Other than that, my posts are readable.
     
    Same, I try to spell the best I can on forums and stuff. Sometimes I don't have great grammar, but I'm working on it. I don't like leet speak, so I proudly spell out all my words, most of the times correctly. Though I do use 'cuz' for because sometimes.

    Um... and I do a lot of smilies too. XD
     
    I really don't like chatspeak much. I try and use proper grammar, though sometimes when I'm IM'ing I let a few abbreviations slip. I really don't like reading misspelled words, or mispunctuated sentences, or un-needed abbreviations, and I do unto others as I would have them do to me, so I use grammar.
     
    I tend to use proper grammar and spelling on forums. Even when IMing I fix my spelling errors. Although, I do let the chatspeak slip too much when writing less formal posts. EX: in someone's fanclub or in FTIP.
    I'm not perfect when it comes to grammar or spelling but when I do notice an error in my post after it's posted I use the edit button. I tend to be a spelling natzi XD

    Well, usually, if it's a really serious conversation or on forums or something I'll type with correct spelling and everything.. Lately, though, I've been using "u" and "y" and all that... Must be from my friends doing it to much around me. :(
     
    On the internet, aside from smilies, I'll usually try to use perfect grammar and spelling. On MSN, I've been pretty lax with capitalization lately, which bothers me. I'm too lazy to hit shift, though, so I'll deal. XD I still always fix typos and such. I'll also use a few abbreviations here and there (btw, lol, brb, etc.) but for the most part I type everything out.

    NoOOooo Oh no you didn't you little liar you think you can fool us? Yes I know your secret! Yes I Do!! You think you can trick us saying "U" when it's an abreviation of "you" and you say you write so great? How dare you! How could you so selfishly lie to all of us? You big piece of..... dung! :'(

    Naw I'm just messin'. Haha Jk. I write pretty good, but I sometimes use stuff like ur, jk, u, etc. I start with caps, most of the time.

    By the way, just checked out your location. GOD YOU SCARED ME! DONT YOU EVER JUMP OUT ON ME LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN!! EVER!!!!

    It's ok. I dont mind.
    Well, I forget about grammar sometimes but that's only because I used to connect my sentences with '...' to form one complete post.
    Heh, At least I didnt claim to have perfect spelling and grammar. XD
     
    I usually have good grammar, punctuation, capitalization, and spelling... except when I'm at one other forum, or talking to a couple of friends. At most forums and with people I don't know, I try to write correctly.
     
    On the forum I tend to type mostly correct, but I do leave out the odd capital and apostrophe at times. On MSN I used to type all shortened form, but lately that's stopped and I've actually been typing fully on MSN.

    No really, I strive to be a good writer. The only place which needs massive use of abbreviations are fast paced FPS games, and that's about it.
    However I do tend to use some abbreviations like "BTW" and emoticons on forums and instant messaging. It can't be helped.
     
    I write like okay, but theres like loads of words that I spell wrong on purpose, such as lazeh, umz... well those are just examples, I can go much worse. XD
