[Other] How will changing Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex, affect the actual Hoenn Dex?

Okay, the National Pokedex & the Hoenn Pokedex have different Dex Numbers for Pokemon (I don't know how much data is stored seperately though). Now suppose I change a Pokemon which is in both the National & Hoenn Pokedex, say for e.g. I replace Goldeen (NatDex No.119, HoennDex No.50), with say Buizel, will Buizel get automatically included in the Hoenn Pokedex?

Yes. Theoretically, you're just replacing Pokemon, so it must work.
