HP riddles - again= =

hey peeps... I'm re-writing the quizzes thing i had a long time ago.. i cant be bothered giving them out one per week, so here are all seven:

Riddle 1

My first is of Phoenix
and of holly tree
seven gold galleons
were given for me
the mark of my brother,
now linked to my fate
unfolding the power
of love and hate

Riddle 2

My second is large
and not of this land
befriended and raised
i knew the giant's hand
with wife and with kids,
the darkness is mine
i live free in the forest
innocent of the crime

Riddle 3

My third draws from memory
and memory haunts it
its form is familiar to those who knew prongs

Riddle 4

my fourth found him,
who was thought lost
with fear and hope
a painful awakening
living and dying
still part of their call
shadowed and elusive
and waiting

Riddle 5

My fifth is linked to older times
but also speaks today
always a mystery to the new
and still mysterious stays
as through a year the song is made,
as through the year it sees
the signs the learned need to hear,
and so brings a call for unity

Riddle 6

Spoiler:

My sixth, but for evil's choice,
could have had a different fate
but still brought pride through daring deeds
to one who suffered deeds of hate

now holding last of the master's craft,
and standing with a warrior friend,
wil help to change this evil's path
and fight the darkness once again

Riddle 7

Take one first letter from each answer
and then one from you-know-who
to form the name one who's been there, and seen the whole tale through

remember:
each answer has only one or two words only take one letter from each answer

Each answer is no longer than two words..
