HTML To vB Code.

I need , help with this i cant find a converter.
, i can translate it manually but it will take lots of time.
Now i want to convert this

Out of interest, where do you get the HTML code?

For fading text on HTML
i use https://www.vex.net/~x/xfade/index.shtml
It will give you the code on HTML , but not in vB.
